My Current Foundation Picks!

Hello beautiful people! Welcome back to the blog! Today, I want to share with you one of my favorite parts of the makeup routine.

FOUNDATION!! It can be so hard to find the perfect foundation for you, especially when you can’t run to your local Ulta or Sephora to test them out for yourself. I’m often asked what my favorites are and why. So let’s dive in and i’ll share a couple of my faves!

First up, my holy grail & ride or die…….Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Makeup!

So why is this my holy grail? This foundation is a medium to full coverage, oil-free, sweat, heat and humidity-resistant. It’s also waterproof and has a 24-hour wear! Sounds too good to be true, right? IT’S NOT! I have worn this foundation on many vacations, including Disney World in the summer & it lasts through the hottest and sweatiest days. When you wear Double Wear, you will be flawless ALL DAY! It is perfect for combination to oily skin since the finish is a fresh matte and there are over 55 shades. I always suggest this for brides and those who need a long-lasting foundation for special occasions, no matter the skin type.

Next up is Clinique’s Beyond Perfecting Foundation + Concealer! This one sits right next to Double Wear because I use it ALL the time!

One of my favorite things about this product is that it’s a two-in-one. Having a product that does two things is perfect for those mornings and times when you’re in a rush & need to get your makeup done quickly! Which, if i’m honest, is often my situation! Although Beyond Perfecting is a medium to full coverage foundation as well, it is lightweight and moisturizing while allowing the skin to breathe. It melts into skin and keeps you looking smooth without clogging your pores. It is perfect for combination and oily skin types and there are 40 shades!

Last but certainly not least is the L’oreal Infallible Fresh Wear 24HR Foundation.

This foundation does an amazing job at amazing price!! The formula is thin while still providing medium to full buildable coverage. It boasts a 24-hour wear time and I can say that it gets me through my 8 hour shifts and work with no problem. Unlike the other two formulas I mentioned, this one has Broad Spectrum SPF 25 so it’s great for daytime wear. They have 30 shades which is a pretty good shade range for a drugstore foundation!
