Hello beautiful people! I hope you enjoyed your weekend & that you’re able to enjoy the sunshine! I’m back with a review of an affordable makeup brand, Believe Beauty Cosmetics. I have tried several products from this brand & have fallen head over heels. So I had to share it with you!
This whole line can be found at Dollar General & on their website. Everything is under $5! That’s right, you heard me! $5!!There’s everything from lips to nail polish to face products. I recently hauled a couple of items so let’s jump in.
First up is the Skin Finish Foundation. This foundation comes in a glass bottle with a pump and is only $5. It’s a medium to full coverage and a natural finish. There are 18 shades & that’s pretty good for a $5 foundation! I have been using this foundation since it first launched and it competes with many of my more expensive ones. I grab this more often than my favorite $45 foundation! My favorite way to apply it is using a flat top brush, that way I get the most coverage.
Their Satin Crush Lipsticks are some of my favorite at the drugstore! They’re only $4 and there are 8 shades. Lipstick is probably my favorite part of my makeup routine because you can throw it on with or without a full face & look polished! These lippies glide on with no tugging and last at least 5-6 hours. I do like to layer a lip liner underneath to extend the wear but these have staying power regardless. Red lipstick is my fave so I had to pick up Parisian Red!And Morrocan Spice is the perfect nude for medium and tan skin tones.
Next, we have the Lustrous Shine Lip Gloss. These glosses are $4 and there are 9 shades. This gloss leaves my lips so shiny & looks good with or without lipstick underneath. It isn’t very opaque but gives a light amount of color. I would suggest using a lip liner underneath if you want more than just a glossy lip look. This gloss is great to keep in your purse for touch ups on the go!
Last but not least, I picked up a new Eyeshadow Palette. I’ve used two on their other palettes previously & loved them so I knew this would be no exception. The Believe Beauty eyeshadow palettes are $5 and there are 5 different palettes. This is the Lovestruck Palette and i’m in LOVE with the color story! Lately, i’ve been wearing a lot of pinks and rosy shades so I gravitated towards this immediately. As you can see in the photo I took, these shades provide really good color payoff & you can’t beat the price! I would suggest using the deep pink shimmer & the golden shimmer with your finger for maximum coverage.
